Day 1 : Healthy body journey

For breakfast I had a Chobani  Bites Greek yogurt in the flavor chocolate coffee . This was only 100 calories ,  my goal isn't to count calories but to keep my metabolism going all day. 

      For lunch I had a salad with shredded cheese and sliced green pepper without dressing . Also for a small snack I had 2 tacos with cheese and hot  sauce and a half of green pepper . Since I always find myself having a late dinner .

    Then For dinner I had a small plate of spaghetti with 4 Sweet meatballs . Alongside a tall cup of water, since I didn't drink a lot of water throughout the day.

    Over all I only ate about 686 calories all day and didn't eat any junk food . I found out I eat below what my body needs which is why I'm hungry often after dinner .

       So tomorrow I am going to try and eat a larger healthly lunch  and have more veggies and fibers. So I  will be full out through the day . I will also be adding excercise in soon to my new routine . Hopefully this inspired you to try something new !
