For lunch I had a salad with shredded cheese and sliced green pepper without dressing . Also for a small snack I had 2 tacos with cheese and hot sauce and a half of green pepper . Since I always find myself having a late dinner .
Then For dinner I had a small plate of spaghetti with 4 Sweet meatballs . Alongside a tall cup of water, since I didn't drink a lot of water throughout the day.
Over all I only ate about 686 calories all day and didn't eat any junk food . I found out I eat below what my body needs which is why I'm hungry often after dinner .
