But I've come to a conclusion after countless times of trying close on and not liking what I see in the mirror to do something about it. I will take control of the situation and starting Monday photograph every meal and blog post on what I've ate that day , this way you can see what I'm changing and get inspiration for healthy meals.
I will also be adding lots of water to my diet and cutting out junk food and sodium(salt) because my body doesn't respond well to it and doesn't need LARGE quantities of it either. Also salt tends to cause me to blot and retain water often. So this is why I will try to stay away from bad salts from junk foods. I'm also going to give myself healthier portion sizes of foods since I also tend to over-eat . I also want to shed my belly fat , I know most people when looking at my full body picture will criticize that I don't need to lose weight or that I'm not fat etc. But like I said at the beginning of this post this is for me and me only essentially.
So hopefully this will inspire you to eat healthier and put more natural foods in your diet to fuel your body.
