Tamryn's Tips !
1.How To Get Long, Thick, Healthy Hair
Always rinse your hair with cold water after rinsing out your conditioner. Cold water closes the hair follicle, which enables the hair to retain moisture. Hot water leaves the follicle open making it susceptible to damage and it leaves you with dry hair. Dry hair means hair that breaks easily so leave the hot water alone!
Massage your scalp for at least 2-3 minutes a day. Massage stimulates blood circulation, which stimulates hair growth. Yay!
Take a B-Complex vitamin everyday. Great for hair, great for nails, great for stress. SOLD.
Use a few drops of oil on your hair everyday. Moroccan Oil is perfect!
Do a deep conditioning treatment once a week. Try to find one that contains keratin, which keeps hair thick and strong and repairs damaged hair. I will be doing a review on the treatment that I use soon.
2.Cold Water and Conditioner
Always rinse your hair with cold water when rinsing out conditioner. It locks in moisture and leaves hair super soft and silky. If you colour your hair, the cold water locks in colour and prevents fading!
3.Facial Massage
After applying your moisturizer, massage it in until you can feel it is fully absorbed. Just applying it and waiting for it to sink in is not nearly as effective as massaging it in! You will also get your blood flowing so your skin will have a healthy glow and your makeup will glide on so smoothly. Give it a go!
4.Vaseline for soft feet
Vaseline on feet before bedtime followed by cozy socks will leave you with baby soft feet!
5.Dry up zits with lemon
Dab some lemon juice on a pimple to dry it up quickly and prevent infection!
